Write a Speech
There are many ways to use technology in your
lessons.  Try using one of the internet hunts listed
under Winter Fun above, or have your students
read about Martin Luther King, Jr.'s life, and
then make a timeline or take the online quiz. They
would probably also love to hear his "I Have a
Dream" speech, and then be allowed to write
their own version.

If you are doing any work in your class about
other countries or continents, check out the
Interfact Atlas. You can also access it from my
Social Studies page found at the following URL:

under the heading Geography.
